How to find us

By car

Coming from the Autobahn 565, exit at "Bonn Auerberg Nord" (between the intersections "Bonn–Nord" and "Bonn – Beuel"), toward the city centre. Turn right at the first crossing into "Kaiser–Karl–Ring" and left at the following crossing, into "Kölnstraße". Follow Kölnstraße for about 1 kilometer, until the "Total" petrol station (shortly before the end of Kölnstraße). We recommend to park the car in the "Stiftsgarage" car park, directly behind the Total petrol station.

empirica is located 50 meters from here. Follow Kölnstraße to the crossing with Oxfordstraße and turn right. The empirica office is in the first block (Oxfordstraße 2), 4th floor.

By plane

If you arrive by plane at the Köln Bonn Airport, we recommend to take the bus No. 670 to Bonn Hauptbahnhof (main station). This takes about 30 min., the fee is 6.30 Euro. The bus schedule is available at the website of Deutsche Bahn (enter from "Köln Flughafen" to "Bonn Hbf", and the day and time when you will arrive). A taxi to empirica costs about 40 Euro.

If you arrive at the Frankfurt Airport, take the train from there. You can either take a direct train to Bonn Hbf (about 1 hrs. 40 min.), or take the (faster) ICE to "Bonn/Siegburg" and continue with the tram No. 66. to "Bertha–von–Suttner–Platz", which is only 2 minutes from Oxfordstr. 2.

If you arrive at Düsseldorf International, take a train to Bonn Hauptbahnhof (via Cologne, about 50 min.).

By train / from Bonn main station

Arriving at Bonn Hauptbahnhof (main station), you can either ...

1. Take a taxi (about 5 minutes)

2. Walk through the city centre (10–15 min.). Take the main exit of the main station, cross the street and walk along Poststraße until Münsterplatz (square with church and post office). Cross the square to the right and continue between the Kaufhof shopping mall and Sinn Leffers fashion shop into Remigiusstraße. Follow until Marktplatz (market square) with the old town hall. Cross it on the left side and walk into Bonngasse which leads into Oxfordstraße. Just cross Oxfordstraße and you are at the right block (Oxfordstraße 2).

3. Take the tram: Take tram No. 62 (direction "Oberkassel"), 3 stops, exit at Bertha–von–Suttner–Platz.
