The good practice multi-stakeholder partnerships for e-skills development and related policies which have been identified and analysed using a network of National Correspondents from all EU27 Member States as well as Croatia, Iceland, Norway and Turkey will be made available as a searchable online Knowledge Base on the website: http://www.eskillspolicy-europe.org

The reports contain a benchmarking of the progress of these countries towards the Information Society based on empirical data that was both, assembled from existing sources and collected by means of innovative representative surveys among the European and Accession Country population carried out by the SIBIS project in 2002 and 2003.
