The European Commission project on ‘e-Skills for Competitiveness and Innovation: Vision, Roadmap and Foresight Scenarios’ launched by the Directorate General Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission and contracted to empirica supported by IDC Europe and INSEAD has been completed successfully.

The project developed foresight scenarios and a forecasting of e-skills demand and supply until 2015 and 2020, a vision report and a policy roadmap for future action in this area with a special focus on e-leadership skills. The closing conference was attended by almost 200 participants.
